Glenn Nichols is one of the most experienced real estate agents in the nation. He started his own real estate company over 20 years ago and has been a teacher, trainer and counselor to hundreds of real estate practitioners during this time. Glenn has been instrumental in organizing and creating the sale of a number of multi-million dollar real estate transactions in the Houston Metro-Plex prior to opening his residential office in Fort Bend County in the late '70's.

Glenn's in-depth training includes special real estate courses including: Real Estate Practice, Property Management, Economics, Legal Aspects, Financing, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Investments, Taxation, Exchanges, and Creative Financing.

In addition, Glenn is an honor graduate of the Dale Carnegie Course and past president of the Galleria Toast Master Club International, a public speaking/training organization for professionals.

Because of his in-depth knowledge in real estate and communications, he was selected to be a trainer/instructor in Texas' largest real estate licensing school, as well as local community colleges. He has also key-noted other Boards of Realtors conventions outside of Texas.
